Your science is ready.
Is your access strategy?
3 Lefts Group builds the payer, health system, and pharmacy channel strategy that brands and their partners need to maximize growth.
3 Lefts Group is a boutique advisory practice led by a healthcare executive who has sat on three sides of the access table: manufacturer, PBM, and national retail/specialty pharmacy. We help commercial brand leaders, pharmacies, and health systems see each deal the way the other side does and build partnerships that get therapies to patients.
Pre-Launch Strategy Go-to-market planning, payer and channel strategy, pricing and reimbursement, and cross-functional alignment before a product ever reaches the market.
Launch Excellence Field deployment, account segmentation, contracting frameworks, and the customer engagement model that turns strategy into pull-through.
Inline Growth & Optimization Performance turnaround, access expansion, and value-based partnership models for products already in market.
Pharmacy & Channel Partnerships Manufacturer contracting strategy, network access, and value positioning for specialty, health-system, and retail pharmacies looking to win and grow manufacturer relationships.
Health System Partnerships Manufacturer contracting, value-based agreements, and 340B program strategy for health systems and IDNs looking to protect pricing and strengthen manufacturer relationships.
Consulting Partner Bench Strength Senior strategic advisor and "Trade in a Box" channel partner for boutique and specialty consulting firms, bringing distribution, channel, and market access expertise to your client engagements without building it in-house.
What We Do
Why 3 Lefts Group
Built it, not just advised on it. Led enterprise access strategy at a Fortune 100 life sciences company, owning outcomes, not just recommending them.
Senior expertise, every engagement. No staffing pyramid. The person who did the work is the person doing the work for you.
Built for speed. Engagements designed for companies that need to move, not companies that need a 9-month study.
Three sides of the table. Leadership roles at a manufacturer, a national PBM, and a national retail/specialty pharmacy provider. Brand leaders, pharmacies, and health systems get an advisor who knows what the other side needs before it says yes.
Engagement Models
90-Day Launch Readiness Intensive A focused sprint engagement to get your organization commercialization-ready: access strategy, payer readiness, and account model design, delivered on a defined timeline.
Fractional Executive Ongoing senior-level access leadership, embedded with your team, without the cost or timeline of a full-time hire.
Executive Team Workshops & GTM Strategy Sessions Facilitated sessions to align leadership on market access strategy, payer dynamics, or competitive positioning before a key decision.
For Consulting Partners 3 Lefts Group works alongside boutique and specialty consulting firms as a senior strategic advisor and "Trade in a Box" channel partner, adding distribution, channel, market access, and payer strategy expertise to your engagements without requiring you to build it in-house.
For Pharmacies 3 Lefts Group helps specialty, health-system, and retail pharmacies earn and grow manufacturer partnerships, from network access and limited-distribution bids to purchasing discount and data & services agreements, through a project, intensive, or fractional trade relations engagement.
For Health Systems 3 Lefts Group helps health systems and IDNs strengthen manufacturer contracting, including value-based agreements, and build 340B program strategy that protects pricing and patient access, through a project or fractional engagement.
The Gap We Close
Most venture-backed companies are 12–18 months from launch before they realize they don't yet have a real strategy for payers, IDNs, or health systems. By the time they build one, they've lost runway they can't get back.
3 Lefts Group closes that gap, building the access engine early, so commercialization doesn't stall at the moment it matters most.
Pharmacies face the mirror-image gap: strong patient outcomes and clinical programs, but no clear path into manufacturer networks, limited distribution, or the purchasing and data agreements that protect margin. 3 Lefts Group helps pharmacies make that case in the language manufacturers buy.
ABOUT
My Philosophy: Lead with Heart. Drive with Data. Grow with Purpose.
I've built market access, payer strategy, and account management functions at a Fortune 100 life sciences company, a premier PBM, and a national retail/specialty pharmacy provider, leading national and global teams through more than 22 product launches, including 9 blockbuster brands, across oncology, rare disease, vaccines, and antiviral portfolios.
I've led organizations of 100+ colleagues, managed multibillion-dollar contracting portfolios, and been the person in the room translating strategy into execution with payers, IDNs, government agencies, and pharmacy networks.
In 2020, I founded 3 Lefts Group, building it in parallel with my leadership work at a Fortune 100 life sciences company. I kept seeing the same pattern: companies with strong science and real promise stalling at launch because the access strategy came too late. I started this firm to close that gap for life sciences leaders, and for the pharmacies, health systems, and consulting partners who share the work of getting therapies to patients.
My background is a somewhat unusual blend: clinical training in nursing, a law degree focused on healthcare law and advocacy, and a business career built inside market access, commercial, and account management. That combination is what shapes how I work: grounded in patient impact, disciplined by data, and built for the practical realities of getting a product to the people who need it.
What I bring to every engagement:
Direct experience owning access strategy and P&L accountability, not theoretical frameworks
Deep, current relationships across payers, IDNs, government, and pharmacy channels
A track record of building "access engines": systems that connect strategy to execution, not just a signed contract
A practical, execution-first approach shaped by having done this work inside a Fortune 100 life sciences company
